Location & Geography

Joshua Gold Resources’ Hiltz property is situated in Northern Ontario, within Asquith Township and part of what is known as The Shining Tree gold camp.

Property Rights

On November 19, 2020 Joshua Gold Resources purchased a 100% interest in eight claims known as the Hiltz, covering approximately 350 acres. This ownership grants Joshua Gold Resources the sole rights to:

- Explore for minerals, and:
- Apply for a mining lease for their extraction

Exploratory History & Assessment

The Hiltz property lies within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, and is underlain by an early Archean metavolcanic sequence with a basal layer of pyroclastic and sediments, followed by a sequence of mafix tholeiitic, and an upper layer felsic metadata volcanics.

Volcanics are intruded by later stage felsic units, as well as diabase dykes. Gold mineralization in the area is characterized by shear or vein types characterized by a mesothermal gold mineralization model.
