This Joshua Gold Resources property consists of forty contiguous mining claims. Joshua Gold Resources has the sole rights to:
- Explore for minerals, and:
- Apply for a mining lease for their extraction

Joshua Gold’s future exploration of this property includes conducting:
- a ground sampling program when conditions are favorable
- drone-based LiDAR surveys to help identify potential spodumene-bearing pegmatite outcrops
