Benedetto Fuschino currently serves as President and as a member of the board of directors of the company. Mr. Fuschino is the President of Friggi N.A. Inc. a sector leader and partner to the most important international players of the steel and aluminum cutting industry.
Friggi’s worldwide market share within the sector includes: 30% Italy, 40% Europe and 30% North America and Japan. During his tenure with Friggi, Mr. Fuschino formulated the business plan to introduce Italian products to North America, set up a distribution network, and managed and maintained network and customer relations.
Mr. Fuschino studied business, political science and economics at the University of Western Ontario, as well as marketing and communications at the University of Windsor.
Dino Micacchi currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Joshua Gold Resources. In addition to serving as a member of the board of directors of the company, Mr. Micacchi was also a partner at Micacchi Warnick & Company Chartered Accountants with expertise in tax, corporate tax, and income tax regulations.
Mr. Micacchi has worked as a partner in public accounting firms for the past 26 years. Mr. Micacchi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, London, Canada and achieved his designation as a Chartered Accountant from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1985.
Peter D’Jay serves Joshua Gold Resources as an Independent Director. He is responsible for the continued development of Joshua Gold Resources’ corporate credibility and ensuring good governance of the company. He functions as a steward of corporate operations, playing a vital role in risk management and guiding our company as we continue to grow.
Throughout his 35-year career, Mr. D’Jay has built an extensive network of contacts, and consistently created value for mineral resource development organizations, real estate development companies and startups.
Peter graduated from the University of Colorado in 1984 and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Science as well as an Elementary Education Certification. Mr. D’Jay’s previous experience includes the position as Independent Director for another publicly traded exploration company. He also served as Independent Liaison with JPAI, an internationally funded development finance advisory for clean energy and environmental projects.
